About Us
Mr. Pralino offers premium chocolates and pralines, with a diverse range of fillings made from fresh and natural ingredients. All production is done in Chiang Mai by a team of Thai and European food experts.
Our chocolates are available for retail at some of Chiang Mai’s leading culinary establishments, where they can also be custom-ordered.

Dark chocolate filled with a fine blend of dark couverture, butter and cream.
Orange Liqueur
White chocolate filled with a fine blend of white chocolate, cream, butter and orange liqueur.
Almond Cream
Dark chocolate filled with a fine blend of homemade almond paste, white chocolate, Amaretto, butter and cream. Topped with a roasted almond.
Lemon
White chocolate filled with a fine blend of white chocolate, cream, butter and fresh lemon.
Tiramisu
Dark chocolate filled with a fine blend of white chocolate, butter, cream, coffee and rum.
Hazelnut Nougat
Milk chocolate filled with a fine blend of homemade Gianduja / Nougat (chocolate with hazelnut paste), milk chocolate and butter, and a roasted hazelnut kernel in the center.
Passion Fruit
White chocolate filled with a fine blend of white chocolate, butter and fresh passion fruit.
Cinnamon Raisin
